Attorney at law, member of the District Bar Counsel in Warsaw, member of the Commission of Relations with Judiciary Authorities in the District Bar Counsel in Warsaw, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and the Faculty of Canon Law of the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw.
As litigation lawyer, Iwona has represented clients in court in different instances of administrative, criminal and civil proceedings, with particular focus on divorce and child custody cases.
She conducts negotiations at the pre-litigation and court stages as well as offers support in enforcement and security proceedings.
She defends clients in disciplinary proceedings of various professional associations and represents them in proceedings related to consumer bankruptcy.
Iwona has many years of experience representing firms before law enforcement authorities, both at the preparatory stage as well as at the judicial stage. Her professional interests also include commercial law and labor law.
She holds the title of catholic church attorney and represents clients in proceedings for canonical marriage annulments.
She provides legal advice in Polish and English.
